The 4th Sept is full of activity for all members of our community!
The allotments will be creating bug & insect hotels between 14:30 – 5pm which a great activity for kids and adults alike (Bottom of Chapel Rd)
There are scarecrows up around the village and they will be judged at the Pop Up Pub Village Hall event, do take a wander around and see if you can spot them all!
The pop up pub and the Dirty Meltz food fan will be at the village hall serving from 5:30 (ice creams available from 4:30) . Thanks to Banquett Inn for providing the bar again. It will be very family friendly early, moving to a more traditional pub later on in the evening.
The indoor seating will be set up with the usual pub games – darts, air hockey, table tennis and foosball, in addition there will be outside seating too, lots of fun for the whole family.
The last one was a huge success with a great atmosphere, it was great to see the kids running around and people chatting and enjoying the weather.
